1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a legally binding document for both Parties, establishing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer (a natural person using electronic means and this website or a legal entity represented by a person) and the Seller (Evgenii Iamshchikov, Individual Activity Certificate No. 868011, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") when purchasing goods in the online stores www.lithuanianbots.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer will be informed via the Online Store's website. The Terms in effect at the time of placing the order shall apply to purchases made in the Online Store.
1.3. The right to purchase goods in the Online Store is granted to:
1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court order;
1.3.2. minors aged 14 to 18 years only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except when they independently manage their income;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. By confirming the Terms, the Seller also guarantees that, in accordance with section 1.3., the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online Store.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming the shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method, and reading the Seller’s Terms, clicks the "Confirm Order" button (see section 5 "Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Methods, and Terms").
1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Online Store.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer may order goods in the Online Store by:
2.1.1. registering in the Online Store and providing the required registration data;
2.1.2. purchasing without registration.
2.2. The Buyer, when ordering goods using the methods specified in section 2.1., must provide the necessary personal data in the appropriate fields to complete the purchase: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address. Legal entities must also provide their company name, code, VAT payer code, and registered address.
2.3. By confirming these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data specified in section 2.2. will be processed for the sale of goods and services in the Online Store, for Seller’s activity analysis, and for direct marketing purposes.
2.4. By agreeing that their personal data will be processed for the sale of goods and services in the Seller’s Online Store, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary to complete the order via the specified email address and phone number.
2.5. The Buyer, by registering in the Online Store and ordering goods, undertakes to keep their login credentials confidential and not disclose them to third parties.
3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online Store under these Terms and in accordance with other conditions specified in the Online Store.
3.2. Electrical machines and equipment, sound recording and reproduction devices, as well as television and video recording devices, are non-returnable products; therefore, quality products are not accepted for return. Defective products are exchanged for the same or other items of equivalent value only after an expert assessment confirms the defect was not caused after delivery to the Buyer.
3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price. The Seller does not refund delivery costs unless the item sent was damaged or defective due to the Seller's fault. The Seller does not accept returns of personalized products unless they are defective, damaged, or improperly manufactured due to the Seller's fault.
3.4. If the Buyer’s registration information changes, they must update it immediately.
3.5. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login credentials to third parties. If login data is lost, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller via the contact details provided in the "Contact" section.
3.6. By using the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them as well as with the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller's Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions necessary for the Buyer to properly use the Online Store services.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the stability and security of the Online Store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel the Buyer’s access without prior notice.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy rights regarding personal information specified in the Online Store registration form.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer’s specified address unless another delivery method is chosen during order placement.
5. Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Methods, and Terms
5.1. The Buyer may purchase in the Online Store 24/7.
5.2. The contract is valid from the moment the Buyer confirms the order, and the Seller confirms receipt via email.
5.3. Prices are indicated in euros.
5.4. The Buyer pays for the goods via bank transfer.
5.5. The Buyer must pay immediately. Only upon receipt of payment is the order processed.
5.6. The standard shipping time is 3 business days.
5.7. The order fulfillment period includes order processing and delivery.
5.8. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control may occur.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. The Buyer must provide an exact delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer must receive the goods personally.
6.3. Delivery is made by the Seller or authorized couriers.
6.4. The Buyer must inspect the package and report any issues immediately.
6.5. If damage is noticed, the Buyer must note this in the delivery document.
7. Product Quality and Warranty

7.2. The Seller is not responsible for slight color or size variations due to screen display differences.
7.3. The Seller provides a quality guarantee per Lithuanian law.
7.4. If no warranty is specified, the general warranty laws apply.
8. Returns and Exchanges

9.3. The Seller is not liable for losses due to the Buyer's negligence.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law.
11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or legal proceedings if necessary.
